Hi today in wānanga we have to blog about the book we are reading. The book I am reading is funny kid for president. The characters in this book are Mr Armstrong (Teacher) Layla, Kevin, Ryan, Abby, max (candidates) Hugo ( max assistance). This book is like a comic and it is funny it is about this kid called max he has a teacher that hates him and his teacher says that he pooped in the storeroom. but he did't they got told of from principal then they had a election you have to read the book to find out what happens next BLOG YOU LATER!!!!

how to persevere meat- scientific method

Intro- Today in science we are Learning to persevere meat so we can take it to space . 
 I chose to smoke the meat.

Aim- to learn how to preserve meat by smoking it

Prediction- my prediction is that it will get covered by the smoke and it will be hard form the Bactria to live on.

Equipment

1. Wireless Thermometer 
2. Ham or Brisket Knife
3. Heatproof Cooking Gloves.
4. Drum, Kettle or Charcoal Smoker
5. steak

Instructions

1. Wash your hands
2. To smoke meat start by soaking mesquite hickory, or other wood chips in some water. 
3. Once they are saturated, place them an aluminium foil packet and and preheat your smoker to around 200–220. 
4. Then calculate your cooking time by checking your recipe.
5. wait for 6-8 hours 
6. then eat your smoke meat

Result.
The smoke will act like acidic coat and it dry it out .

Hi today in science we had to do some procedural writing my procedural writing is about weetbix and how to make it hope you like it and try it at home

How to make weetbix 

Materials 

• Bowl 
• hot water
• Spoon 
• Sugar
• Milk 
• Weetbix

Ingredients

• 2 pieces of wib
• 1 tsp 
• 1 cup water or milk 

Steps

1. First put the weetbix in the bowl
2. Then pour the milk in with the weetbix 
3. Next put one tsp of sugar in 
4. Last take the spoon and enjoy 

Conclusion 

Now you have made your weetbix eat them before they become soge.
Don’t choke on them and rins your bowl.
Because the weetbix will stick to the bowl and It is really hard to wash off.
