Freak the Mighty

 

 Hello, readers today in reading we have been doing a new task. We are reading this so book so we can look at different people types of view. The book that I am reading is called Freak the Mighty the cover of the book tells me that there are two boys that are friends. One has a sword so they must be on a quest or helping people. When I read the blurb it got me hooked because it had dragons in it. So that means that dragons must be in the book. They are rescue people and at the end it says it isn't just damsel who needs rescuing so I want to know who else needs helping. This text it fiction how I know this is because it has dragons in this and dragons a fictional characters.

B+E

 Hello readers. Yesterday Wednesday 23/9/2020 we had B+E. It was it least 20 degrees out side we were getting ready to sell our stress balls there were tables everywhere we sat down and we started to sell our stress balls when the teacher told us we were not selling yet. We had it least $4 in the bank  and we stop selling then Mr. Scott had a speech about how to sell our things and be good sports and don't steal other people tokens we stared to sell fast in an hour we sealed all of our stress balls. our group started to walk around then we started to play hand ball in the laneways when toby throw my ball on the roof I tried to get it but a got told not to do it so I didn't we pack up the tables and bring them in side you sat out side when miss birtch told us to help so we went out side when miss Laycock told us that is all done that is the B+E day we had   

The Gingerbread man

 Hello readers today in writing we have been learning about Characterization.  Characterization is different type of characters. In The Gingerbread man the protagonist is The gingerbread man because he is the main character of the story. The antagonist is the fox because he is the bad guy and eats the gingerbread man. The gingerbread man is a static character because he does not change through the story he think that he is so smart and he think that he is better than everyone. The narrator was being direct when he was telling us that they were bored. The narrator was being indirect because we know that he was cheeky when he was  jump out of the oven he was smiling and winking so that means that he was being cheeky. He is also mean because he insulted the the cow. we also know that he is not that smart because the fox eat him in the end. we know that the narrator was being indirect because he did not say that he was mean or cheeky and we know that he was being direct because he told us that he was that the fox was lazy.

Hello, readers today in writing we have been doing character words. A protagonist is  the main character  of the story the on you want to win an antagonist is the person that you don't want to win or the bad guy in the story. A narrator is a person that you cant see but you can hear and that is describing what the person is doing. A flat character is the person that does not change in the movie over time but you know that you can really on them. A dynamic character is a person that changes though the story. A static A static character is one who doesn't undergo any significant change. A round character is the person that does that has many traits  and is the most realistic character.

 Hello readers today in math we have been learning what geometry is. Geometry is shapes and angels. In geometry we are learning about lines of symmetry  here is a slide about geometry.

Writing about my art

Hello, readers today we are learning how to write a narrative. A narrative is a story that you talk about the characters . The narrative that I am writing about is the art that I did the other day. here is my story.

There was a man name Bob. One day he was walking across the bridge, he was taking to him to him self when he heard a bird in the trees. He look up and saw the bird in the trees tripping for help. Bob looked down and saw the nest that fell out of the tree. when he tried to help the bird he could not reach. The tree were the nest was right at the top. At the end of the bridge there was a ladder stand that were selling  ladders. He ran to the end of the bridge to buy the ladder, he asked if he could borrow one of his ladders to help the bird at the end of the bridge its nest fell out of the tree. The man said "yes I will help you young man" he pick up the ladder and ran to the nest and helped the bird get its nest back he walk away knowing that he helped a mother bird with her nest.

 Hello, readers this week in Wananga we have been doing Business and enterprise. Business and enterprise is when you make up a company and sell your protects to make a profit. The name of our company is Home Sweet Squishy the people that is work with me is Kaunteya and Tobey. What we are making are stress balls we are up to making our poster so we can sell our protect on market day. Our next step on our protect is to make it so we can sell it. I am most excited to make the stress balls and to find out how munch profit we will make. 

 On 23 of September 2020 come to our stand and buy our stress ball for $2.

 Hello, readers today in art we have been learning perspective art. Perspective art is when you draw what you are looking at or how you look at. What we drew today is a bridge with trees and bushes what I found difficult in drawing this is that I tried to fit every thing in the page. What my thoughts about my  peace of art that it is really good and it was fun to draw it. My next steps is to take my time and get it right so it look fabulous but it still look really good.  Hello readers today in science we have been making solar oven. how this was done by making a box with tin foal and then we wrapped in around the box so it will be heating the s'more. we also used a magnifier glass and burn the s'more BLOG YOU LATER!!!

Drama

Hello readers today I'm going to be blogging about drama. The teacher was reading a book about Benny. Benny and his friend went to the beach and they went on the jetty. Benny and his friend was in a fight about who  jumps of the jetty and Benny pushed his friend into the water and hit a kid and flipped his kayak.   The kid flipped over and his mum got angry and started to swear at Benny and his friend. Then they heard a siren and they ran for the hills and Benny was crying.

We used these questions for hot seating. Hot seating is when you put yourself in the characters shoes and someone asks you questions as if you are the character. You answer them how you think the character would have answered them.

Hello, readers today in Wananga we are doing the 100 words challenge how a 100-word challenge works you get a picture then you write 100 words about the picture.
once a pound time there was a zebra name stripy. He was greasing on a field one day when he saw a tent he look at it once then started greasing again then he got captured by the man in the tent stripy could not get out of the men grip the man took him in the tent he saw all of his other friends he got the job of the type rope the went everywhere the country the city then he got forced to type rope over two big building and made it across. Then escape to the wild. that is the end of my 100-word story hope you like it.   

Health life choice

 Hello readers. in heath, we are learning how to live healthier. We can control how we live by choosing how much we eat and how much sodium is in your food so we do not come to obsess. we also can control how much we shower each week. We can also stay at home when you are sick and drink a lot of water. The things that we can't control are brain problems, Heart disease, and cancer. these are something that you can and can't control

Describe and Nebula. A nebula is an intended cloud of gas that is made out of helium and hydrogen

how does a star die. It takes a star thunderous of years for a star to explodes but when it does it changes into a black hole. 

how can you use a star to navigate? you can put your hand against the stars for directions.

 Hello, readers today in reading we have to write a letter like we are the soldier in the war. here is my letter.

hello, family, this is a letter about the war from your son. It is horrible at war where ever I look there are people dying. I wish I could come home but I have to fight for my country. People are yelling at me to get down. The boat ride to Gallipoli was hard and I felt like I was going to be seasick but I had to try and be strong for my soldiers. The captain rode us to the wrong place. When we tried to search the island we got ambushed by the Turkish. we fought hard but most of our men died I will remember this day forever as it haunts me in my nightmares. I think I am slowly going deaf from all the explosions and gunfire. The trenches smell of rotten food and blood from the soldiers that got shot. I can't wait to see you and my brother and sister again
