I chose to smoke the meat.
Aim- to learn how to preserve meat by smoking it
Prediction- my prediction is that it will get covered by the smoke and it will be hard form the Bactria to live on.
Equipment
- Wireless Thermometer
- Ham or Brisket Knife
- Heatproof Cooking Gloves.
- Drum, Kettle or Charcoal Smoker
- steak
- Wash your hands
- To smoke meat start by soaking mesquite hickory, or other wood chips in some water.
- Once they are saturated, place them an aluminium foil packet and and preheat your smoker to around 200–220.
- Then calculate your cooking time by checking your recipe.
- wait for 6-8 hours
- then eat your smoke meat
Result.
The smoke will act like acidic coat and it dry it out .
