 Hello readers today in reading we have been reading the book. we have been reading this book for three weeks and I have to answer this question about the book.  Where does Freak lead Max on their latest adventure they went to a hospital and freak told maz about the bionic surgery and he is going to be the first one. How does Freak feel when they arrive he feels excited that he gets to see his bionic surgery. How can Max tell that Freak feels this way Max know that he feels this way because he does not want to tall max because he think it is cool and he might think that it is dumb.

 Hello today in Wananga we have been doing the 200 word challenge it is like the 100 word challenge but we have to do 200 words. Today the photo is about a man swimming in the water and a whale shark behind him. 

Once there was a man named Heth. He loved to swim in  the ocean most days. one day when he was swimming in the ocean he saw a black figure in the deep and it was a whale shark he started to panic when he saw it he swam up to the top of the ocean we he saw his boat was floating away. He tried to swim after it when the whale shark eat him he was crying in the whale mouth when he saw something another man he was skinny and thin and he had planned this escape route for a long time when he told his Heth the plan he went ok. then the man that has been in the whale shark for a long time said there only one person can get out of here os heth did what anyone would do he took the and did before the man could decide that he should go. He escaped and went back to his home and the man well he was never seen again well that what everyone thinks... Ten years later the man swam in the ocean wondering what happened to the man he left in the whale shark.

Going back to gilberthorpe

 Hello reader today in this blog post I went back to Gilberthorpe. I went back there because I was talking about the Hornby High and how great it is. I went with three other people and some teachers. This is the speech about what I said at Gilberthorpe.

Hello my name is Angus I am year 8, I go to Hornby High school. My kahui is Tieke.  The best thing about Hornby High is the Teachers. They are all nice and they like to help you learn. I am going to talk to you about one thing today and that is our Technology and languages. Technology is four different learning topics there is wood, food, sewing and DVC - . Wood is when you make things out of wood like fans and whistles. You get to use a band saw and a lot of different tools. In food you get to make a lot of yummy things like apple pie, pasta and gingerbread. In food you get to use the oven and a lot of different cooking items In sewing you get to make monster pillows, bags and you get to use sewing machines and you get to learn how to hand stitch. In DVC you get to use Acrylic to  make phone stands, cars and key rings. When you make key rings you get to use the laser cutter the laser cutter cuts the photo  in the key ring. Now I will be talking to you about the different language that we learn. One of the classes that we learn is Maori. In Maori we get to read books in Maori and we get to learn about there karakia. In japanese we get to learn how to ask what their name is and how to count to ten. At the end of the learning program we get to play sumo wrestling and explore their food in their culture. We like to  celebrate the culture week and we like to change our bell to a nice culturel song.
